5月2日，印尼淮海PT. HUAI HAI INDONESIA (PMA)(下简称印尼淮海）与CNAE 中钠能源（扬州）有限公司（下简称CNAE)在雅加达国际会展中心签署电动三轮车用钠离子电池模组采购合作协议。印尼淮海董事长韩分分、CNAE中钠能源总经理马华平代表双方公司签约，CNAE将成为印尼淮海全球重要合作伙伴之一，为其下一代电动三轮车提供可靠动力。

4月30日-5月4日，首届印度尼西亚国际两轮车、零配件及用品展览会正在火热展开中，CNAE作为国际最大规模的钠电量产企业，本次展出了32140、4695钠电池、二轮车电池包、电摩专用电池包、AGV电池、三轮车电源、叉车专用电源、清洁设备电源、房车/船舶电源等核心应用产品，吸引了众多海外客户的关注。

此次与印尼淮海在雅加达国际会展中心首单签约，意味着CNAE全球电池市场布局进一步扩大，也是双方共同推动绿色事业发展的重要一步。

根据协议，签约项目为电动三轮车用钠离子电池模组，包含2000组72V108Ah及2000组48V120Ah钠离子电池模组，总签约金额375万美金，此份千万订单约定了CNAE将在全球范围内为印尼海事提供三轮车用钠离子电池模组，双方将携手推进东南亚交通电动化。

本次签约仪式由中国自行车协会副理事长陆金龙、江苏省自行车电动车协会副秘书长宋金芸、主办方法兰克福代表、采购商代表，以及电动车第一资讯、环球电动车网、电动车观察员、国际电动车商情等行业主流媒体共同见证。

The signing of the first contract with Indonesia Huaihai at the Jakarta International Convention and Exhibition Center means that CNAE's global battery market layout has been further expanded, and it is also an important step for both parties to jointly promote the development of green business.

The signing project is sodium ion battery module for electric tricycle, including 2,000 sets of 72V108Ah and 2,000 sets of 48V120Ah sodium ion battery module, with a total signing amount of 3.75 million US dollars. This ten million dollar order stipulates that CNAE will provide sodium ion battery module for tricycles for Indonesian Maritime on a global scale, and the two sides will join hands to push forward the electrification of Southeast Asian transportation.
